We are already past thirteen founding members; the math works either way, but the seat at this price does not stay open forever.
Two matters: speed and cost. A human TC charges three to five hundred dollars per transaction and keeps business hours. ELLI is fifty a month, flat, unlimited, and works around the clock — the Guidry family's nine o'clock inquiry receives a real answer, not a promise to check in the morning. For judgment calls — a repair credit, a difficult seller — you remain at the helm. ELLI handles the paper chase so you may focus on the decisions.
ELLI is trained to never guess. If a question requires your judgment — whether to accept a repair credit in lieu of an extension addendum, for instance — she pings you with the question, the context, and the stakes. No deal ever stalls because ELLI pretended to know something she did not.
She does. ELLI synchronizes with Follow Up Boss, KV Core, Chime, and most major brokerage CRMs. For TC-specific software we integrate with Dotloop, SkySlope, and TransactionDesk — ELLI writes updates back so your files remain tidy in whatever system your broker audits from.
We synchronize directly with your MLS feed and the major portals — Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com. ELLI knows the price, beds, baths, square footage, school district, and status of every listing in your pipeline, and updates in real time when a price changes or a listing goes pending.
Yes. ELLI only responds to inbound messages and never cold-texts. Every conversation includes a STOP keyword, consent logging, and timestamped records. Fair housing guardrails block steering, discriminatory language, and protected-class questions. A compliance log is maintained for your broker or attorney.
Entirely. During onboarding we train ELLI on ten to fifteen of your past text conversations so she matches your tone — whether buttoned-up professional, warm and casual, or full Louisiana hospitality. Specific answers for specific questions can be set exactly as you wish them handled.
